DEPOSIT (Payable to CWM with booking please). A deposit is required with your booking to secure a hotel room or a one or two bedroom suite for either three or six nights. This deposit comprises the $50 or $75 per adult conference administration fee (to cover cost of conference room seating 250 people plus incidentals) plus a $50 non returnable deposit which is deductible from the accommodation costs at the time of resort registration.
