It is therefore strongly recommended that you purchase your vouchers ASAP. CONFERENCE ROOM COSTS Unfortunately, the cost to hire the conference room has increased from last year. As a result, the cost per adult (over 16 years), to be paid at the time of booking, is: - $100 for a 6 night booking, - $60 for a 3 night booking, or - $20 per day for casual visitors.
